Requesting a Tour

The AUC Woodruff Library is committed to providing enriching and educational experiences for our community. To ensure the best possible experience for all visitors, we have established the following tour policy:

Scheduled Tours with Member Institutions:
• The library offers tours scheduled with our member institutions, such as during New Freshman Orientation and other planned events.
• These tours are designed to integrate seamlessly with the academic and orientation activities of our member institutions.

Requests for Additional Tours:
• Any requests for tours outside of the planned tours for our member institutions must be submitted in writing.
• Requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the desired tour date.
• All requests will be reviewed and considered by the Associate Library Director.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. For any questions or to submit a tour request, please contact the library’s administrative office.
